Faith Road Purchase Policies

At Faith Road, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. We serve you to have an enjoyable experience navigating, exploring, and purchasing our products. By ordering, you agree to the terms below and with Faith Road’s Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions.

Standard Return Policy

We believe you will be thrilled with the products you purchase from Faith Road. In the unlikely event a product is not what you expected, you can return or exchange it with a receipt within 14 days of the date you receive the product from Faith Road. The product must be in its original condition with all its included parts, accessories, and packaging and we’ll exchange it or offer a refund based on the payment method. In addition, please note:

1. Return Eligibility

• Standard Return Period: You have 14 calendar days from the date you received your item to initiate a return.

• Condition of Items: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are exempt from being returned:

• Perishable Goods: Such as books

• Personal Care Items: Including intimate or beauty.

• Home Living: Such as drinkware.

• Gift Cards

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

1. Contact Us: Reach out to our Customer Service team at info@gb4t.com and chat with us, to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, if the item is defective and accompanied with a photo.  Item must be in original packaging and unused.  All sales are final unless item is damaged.

4. Refunds

Once we receive your item:

• Inspection: We will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund within 14 business days.

• Approval: If approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

• Processing Time: The credit will be applied within 5-10 business days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at info@gb4t.com or chat with us.

6. Shipping Costs

• Return Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

• Exchanges: If the return is due to our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item), we will cover the return shipping costs.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received a refund:

1. Check Your Bank Account: There may be a processing delay.

2. Contact Your Credit Card Company: It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

3. Bank Processing Time: There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

8. Order Acceptance/Confirmation

Faith Road may refuse or cancel any order or limit order quantity. Faith Road may also require additional qualifying information prior to processing any order. Once we receive your online order, we’ll provide you with an email order confirmation. Your receipt of an order confirmation does not signify acceptance of your order or constitute confirmation of our offer to sell; we are simply confirming that we received your order. The Faith Road Store reserves the right to accept or decline your order at any time for any reason. If Faith Road cancels an order after payment, Faith Road will refund it.

9. U.S. Sales and Shipping

The Faith Road accepts orders from billing addresses within the U.S. and most U.S. territories. Products purchased online from the U.S. will only be shipped to addresses within the U.S. and are subject to U.S. and foreign export control laws and regulations. Products must be purchased, sold, exported, re-exported, transferred, and used in compliance with these laws and regulations. 

10. Shipping & Delivery

Please review the Shipping & Delivery page to learn about how and when you will receive the products you purchased from the Faith Road Store. Since delivery of your order can be impacted by events beyond Faith Road’s control once it leaves our facilities, Faith Road cannot be held liable for late deliveries. We will, however, work with you to ensure smooth delivery.

As Faith Road takes care of the dispatch of the products you purchase on the Faith Road, the risk of loss of or damage to, products shall pass to you when you, or a person designated by you, acquires physical possession of the products. The title of the products shall be passed on to you when the products are picked up by the carrier from our warehouse. At this point, you will receive the Shipment Notification Email. If there are any issues with delivery, please contact Faith Road to resolve it.

11. Product Availability & Limitations

• Given the popularity and supply constraints of some products, Faith Road may have to limit the number available for purchase and reserves the right to change the number at any time, even after you place an order. In the event we cannot supply a product you ordered Faith Road will cancel the order and refund your purchase price.

12. Gifts

• Gift Returns: If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

• Non-Gift Purchases: If the item wasn't marked as a gift or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, we will send the refund to the gift giver.

13. Gift Cards

• Faith Road Gift Cards cannot be returned.

14. International Returns

If you are shipping an item over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
